The fall of mankind was sudden and absolute. 

From tears in space to a fiery plane of existence came forth the Hellbeasts, and with them, the corruption that turns men into monsters. Before they even realized what awful fate had befallen them, already half of humanity had been turned to legions of vampiric nightmare creatures.

Now, there remain only a handful of strongholds that shelter the last of mankind from the unending world of hell beyond their walls. From these bastions of survival there foray those who seek to stem the tide of horrors - not with any ambitions of freeing themselves from the nightmare, but only of prolonging the inevitable conclusion of their own extinction...of securing the survival of humanity for one more day.

How to Play:

Bumping into things attacks with your current main-hand item.

For melee weapons, hold [ITEM #] + direction to attack in that direction, otherwise simply tapping [ITEM #] will queue it to be used. When you use any weapon that weapon then becomes your main-hand weapon.

To throw items, press [THROW] and then the button assigned to the item you want to throw.

To pick up items, press [PICK UP], select the item on the ground with [UP] and [DOWN], and then press the button assigned to the item slot you want to put it in. Anything in that slot will be dropped.

Once all players have actions queued up the turn will resolve. Players outside the screen are considered automatically queued and can just wait for the others to catch up.

Descend and kill the hellbeast to win.
